Come learn more about what it’s like to work as a Lead Family Wellbeing Ambassador with the Malvern Family Resource Centre from Parneet Kaire (TMU '19).
Biography:
Parneet Kaire is an alumnus of TMU who graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Criminology and a Minor in Psychology. She developed a deep interest and passion in community work, in particular working with and supporting women who experience gender-based violence and/or intimate partner violence (both in her personal and professional life). In addition to that work, Parneet is currently working with families who have youth in their lives who are impacted by or may potentially go down the path of crime and violence in the community. She continues to provide one-on-one, information and resource-based supports in her respective work. Parneet strives to place a positive impact on the lives of individuals and families, and support them in their healing journey as she continues to expand her experience in this field.
Apart from all of this, Parneet is a big foodie (and is guilty of having a major sweet tooth), loves dancing, writes poetry (once in a blue moon), and loves drinking chai.
