2024 Faculty of Arts Awards: Celebrating excellence in teaching, research and staff recognition
The Faculty of Arts celebrated the staff and faculty’s commitment to teaching, research and community at a recent end-of-year celebration on May 14, 2024. The event was held to honour and celebrate the Faculty of Arts' faculty and staff and brought together the academic community to mark the end of the academic year.
“In the past four years, the global pandemic has kept us from our end-of-year award celebration, creating distance among us,” said Interim Dean of Arts, Amy Peng. “Now, by bringing back the in-person event, we aim to reconnect and mark the completion of the academic year. It’s about more than just awards; it’s a chance to come together to celebrate our collective successes.”
