The Canadian National Exhibition (CNE) is Canada’s largest community event and one of the top agricultural fairs in North America. Taking place over the 18 days leading up to and including Labour Day, it is affectionately embraced as an end-of-summer ritual by more than 1.4 million visitors annually, visitors who reflect the rich diversity of Toronto and the region.
The discount:
Toronto Metropolitan University alumni, staff, faculty and current students can gain exclusive access to discounted offerings for the 2026 Canadian National Exhibition (CNE).
From August 21 to September 7, save $5 off regular admission and $30 off ride all day passes, when purchased online. Buy before August 20 to maximize your savings (up to 41% off).
To obtain access to the TMU Alumni CNE discount:
The TMU Alumni CNE discount is ONLY available to alumni of Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU) and members of the TMU community (students, staff and faculty).
Access to the discount can be obtained in two ways:
- Find a dedicated link in the Summer Events and Discounts email sent to alumni on June 30, 2026.
- Fill out the Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU) Alumni Exclusive CNE Discount Request form (external link, opens in new window) before Friday September 4, 2026.
