Top 200 students have access to a variety of exclusive events, here are some of our biggest ones.

Leadership Summit

The Leadership Summit is a full day event that takes place in the first year of the program. Students participate in a variety of activities, including a Lumina Spark assessment, fireside chat with a special guest speaker, and networking opportunities with executive leaders. The goal of the Leadership Summit is to prepare students with the self awareness, skills, and confidence necessary to increase their leadership capacity. The Summit will help students discover the leader within themselves and gain insight into the key concepts of leadership

Learning from Leaders

Learning from Leaders events are led by an assortment of industry leaders to share their knowledge and advice on a variety of topics. These events typically occur twice per semester and are exclusive to Top 200 students.

TRLC Case Experiences Courses

Case Experiences Course

Top 200 students are required to complete the Case Experiences Course as part of the program curriculum. This course begins in late August and is considered part of the Fall semester. It counts as a Professionally Related course and is exclusive to Top 200 students.


This mentorship program is a key component of the Top 200. In the second year of the program, students are matched with a one-on-one industry mentor. From September to April, students will build and grow this mentorship relationship, as they seek customized guidance and assistance from industry experts on their professional and personal development.

Leadership Forum

The Leadership Forum is a full day event that takes place in the second year of the program. The goal of this exclusive Leadership in Action event is to further enhance students’ leadership skills through real life case scenarios led by a variety of industry experts. Strong emphasis is placed on leadership challenges of early employees, as well as ethical leadership issues.


All Top 200 students have the ability to engage in one-on-one coaching with André Serero (Top 200 Founder and Lead). Students can schedule as many coaching sessions as they would like on a wide range of topics, throughout their two years in the Top 200 (and beyond).

Top 200 Graduation Ceremony

Upon completion of the Top 200 Program, all students from the graduating class will be invited to attend a private Top 200 Program graduation ceremony to celebrate their hard work over the past two years. The families of the students, along with Top 200 Alumni, will be invited to join the celebration and cheer on students as they each receive a unique Top 200 Recognition of Achievement.
