Tri-Mentoring Program

The Tri-Mentoring Program aims to provide and hold safe spaces for students who identify as part of an equity seeking group to connect and share their experiences.

Gdoo-maawnjidimi Mompii Indigenous Student Services

Gdoo-maawnjidimi Mompii Indigenous Student Services provides a number of programs for First Nations, Inuit, Metis, Canadian Indigenous students (or those who identify by nation or community) at TMU.

Academic Accommodation Support

Academic Accommodation Support (AAS) supports students with disabilities by creating and implementing individualized academic accommodation plans.

Access TMU

Access TMU is a university-wide initiative with a goal of removing barriers to the full participation of all community members with disabilities. We are committed to transforming TMU into a barrier-free leader in accessibility.

SCC Multi-Faith Room

55 Gould Street, 3rd Floor, OAK-319

The Multi-Faith Room located on the third floor of Oakham House is available for people of all faiths and followings. The room provides a quiet atmosphere for prayer, worship, meditation, and other spiritual and faith based activities on a drop-in basis. Room hours are posted on the door. TRS EDI Well-being Space

55 Dundas St W, 7th floor, TRS 1-045

Available to all students, faculty & staff, this space is open to those of all faiths/spiritualities or none at all, to pray, meditate, reflect, grieve, or find quiet. It is provided, thanks to the Ted Rogers Students' Society (TRSS), to help in managing life, spirituality, health, studies, and well-being. International Students

International Student Support

The ISS team consists of International Student Advisors who are Regulated International Student Immigration Advisors (RISIAs) or Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) who can help you through group immigration advising, drop-in hours, and one-on-one personal development appointments.

International Student Support (ISS) provides letters for international students in support of their varying administrative needs and immigration responsibilities.

Discrimination and Violence

Consent Comes First 

Consent Comes First (CCF) provides free, confidential, trauma-informed, healing-centred support to TMU community members affected by sexual violence and other forms of gender-based violence.

Human Rights Services

Human Rights Services works with members of the TMU community to promote a learning, work and living environment free of discrimination and harassment.

Office of the Ombudsperson

The Office of the Ombudsperson is a place for students to raise concerns which they have been unable to resolve themselves. Students can bring forward their concerns in confidence to the Ombudsperson’s office with the knowledge that they will not be disclosed, unless the student provides permission for this to happen.

Childcare - Early Learning Centre

The TMU Early Learning Centre is the School’s Licensed laboratory child care facility. The ELC is located on the first floor of West Kerr Hall and is a key part of the School’s teaching and learning mandate.

An infant feeding pod is located on the 4th floor of the SLC. Access to it requires registration.
