Biography

Yuchen is a visual artist, photography enthusiast and narrative researcher with a bachelor's degree in fine arts. His creative work spans photography, interactive narrative and new media art, and he is dedicated to exploring the connection between individuals and society through visual media.

As a photography enthusiast, Yuchen focuses on visual storytelling, and is good at capturing fleeting emotions and creating atmosphere through light and shadow. He is also interested in game storytelling, especially the innovative cinematic interactive gameplay and expression of social issues. He pays attention to the creative and practical challenges in the game production process.

Currently, he is exploring how to combine photography, visual storytelling and interactive media to tell stories in a more immersive way.

Why Digital Media?

I chose Digital Media because it’s where creativity meets technology, allowing stories to be told in the most immersive and interactive ways. As a visual artist, I’ve always been fascinated by how digital platforms transform narratives, engaging audiences beyond traditional formats. Whether through interactive storytelling, game design, or multimedia experiences, Digital Media offers endless possibilities to experiment, innovate, and connect with others. It’s not just about creating art—it’s about shaping experiences.
