Jason Cole

Driven by curiosity and a passion for efficient, creative communication, Jason has built a dynamic career spanning creative strategy, design, omnichannel production, operations, and business development. A TMU grad with graduate studies from the University of Waterloo, he has worked with leading organizations including Saatchi, SGK, SGS&Co, Kraft, Transcontinental, and Flipp – gaining deep expertise across advertising, marketing services, packaging, and digital media. With a focus on elevating communication at the intersection of creativity and engineering, Jason has led and learned alongside some of the brightest minds in the creative industry. As founder of 3 Apples High, he leads a full-stack creative agency, applying three decades of insight to build innovative, impactful solutions. Equally passionate about education, Jason has also taught Design Processes and Package Design at Mohawk College, where he serves on the Program Advisory Committee. He is a board member of the IoPP Ontario Chapter and a lifelong learner who values the power of relationships, real-world relevance, and creative expression.
