Chairs and Directors will have an opportunity to learn about:

  • how Teaching Assignment Integration (TAI) informs hiring decisions and budget allocations;
  • the relevant terminology;
  • the planning process and important considerations including timelines, impact to other areas of the University;
  • how to review previous data and determine priority points;
  • pitfalls to avoid;
  • classroom size, etc.

A hands-on component of this session will include accessing the TAI dashboards.
