Overview of Teaching Assignment Integration (TAI)

Chairs and Directors will have an opportunity to learn about:

how TAI informs hiring decisions and budget allocations;
the relevant terminology;
the planning process and important considerations including timelines, impact to other areas of the University;
how to review previous data and determine priority points;
pitfalls to avoid;
classroom size, etc.

A hands-on component of this session will include accessing the TAI dashboards.
