Your input and participation in the Organizational Agility and Flexibility Project are important
To: All RFA members; CUPE 3904 Unit 1, 2, 3 members
Yesterday, President Lachemi sent out a message introducing the Organizational Agility and Flexibility Project, inviting the university community to share feedback about work during COVID-19.
Over the past eight months, the university has been tremendously appreciative of the efforts of our RFA and CUPE 3904 colleagues. While this period has presented unique challenges, academic colleagues have delivered students valuable learning experiences, continued working towards goals in scholarly, research and creative activity and have participated in committee work at all levels.
Why your participation in the Organizational Agility and Flexibility Project is important
In many ways, CUPE 3904 and RFA colleagues already work in an agile way - your time spent on campus is not entirely fixed either by location or by time and, very often, you work collaboratively with peers both within and beyond our institution.
It is clear that the last eight months have required more flexibility and adaptability than ever before as both course delivery and research continue to be largely remote. As we plan ahead to the winter semester, this is an important opportunity for you to share valuable feedback about your experiences and what additional supports are required to help move your work, in all its facets, forward.
Complete the Survey before November 27 (external link)
The survey will take approximately 15 minutes. To ensure your anonymity and confidentiality, the survey is being conducted and analyzed by a third-party vendor, and only aggregated results will be shared with Ryerson.
