Day 1 is focused on your academic leadership role and the agenda includes the following:

  • Overview of the university budgeting process;
  • your academic role;
  • fostering an equitable, diversified and inclusive work environment; and
  • an introduction to key resource individuals at the University.

Day 2 is focused on your administrative leadership role and the agenda includes the following:

  • your administrative role;
  • your timetabling responsibilities;
  • challenging student issues; and
  • academic integrity issues
