Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in Hiring, Tenure and Promotion processes
Equity Advocate training is now available on D2L, for access at your convenience. Please visit courses.torontomu.ca and select Equity Advocate Training.
This training is mandatory, in accordance with the TFA Collective Agreement, for those serving in the Equity Advocate role within hiring/appointment, tenure and/or promotion committees. Additionally, all committee members are strongly encouraged to complete it.
