Devaanshi Khanzode

Devaanshi Khanzode is a Quantitative Researcher at CERC Migration, where she contributes to empirical research on the socio-economic dynamics of global mobility including projects on multinational migrants and emigration from Canada. She holds an MA in Economics from the University of Toronto, specializing in applied econometrics and public policy analysis.

Devaanshi brings experience in quantitative research, policy evaluation, and data stewardship from her work in the federal public service and her academic training. Her past projects have explored political behaviour, mental health, intergenerational mobility and immigration, with a consistent focus on understanding how social and economic factors shape individual outcomes.

At CERC Migration, she contributes to statistical modelling, data management, and analysis of large survey and administrative datasets. Her work centers on applying data insights to capture the lived realities of migrants and other populations experiencing vulnerability or marginalization. She is committed to using rigorous quantitative methods to inform inclusive and evidence-based migration policy.
