Research focus while a Visiting Fellow with Bridging Divides:
During her fellowship with Bridging Divides, Klaudia will investigate migrant workers’ experiences in platform economies, focusing on labour market integration, precarity, and emerging inequalities. Drawing on the comparative, interdisciplinary environment at Bridging Divides and learning directly from Scientific Director Anna Triandafyllidou – whose work on migrant integration and platform labour is foundational – she will connect the program’s priorities in social inclusion and labour rights with her doctoral research. This fellowship will enable meaningful knowledge exchange and strengthen evidence-based insights on migrants’ pathways in digital labour markets.
