Shailee Koranne is the Communications & Event Specialist for Metropolis International. She has a Master's degree in Professional Communication from Toronto Metropolitan University and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Equity Studies from the University of Toronto. As a seasoned communications and marketing professional, Shailee has worked in the education, non-profit, and technology sectors.

Shailee is the recipient of the 2023 Alan Shepard Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Award at Toronto Metropolitan University. Outside of Metropolis International, Shailee is an arts and culture writer with bylines in the Toronto Star, CBC, VICE, Chatelaine, University Affairs, and more.
