Brintha Koneshachandra (she/her) is the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Specialist at Bridging Divides. With over seven years of experience, Brintha has successfully led EDI initiatives across the academic, public, private, and not-for-profit sectors.

Her track record includes leading the Francophone rollout of the federal 50-30 Challenge program and creating EDI tools using design-thinking methodologies to support organizations across Quebec and Canada. Additionally, she has led municipal and regional diagnostics on immigrant inclusion and designed comprehensive training content on EDI. Brintha thrives on project management and collaboration, frequently working with researchers across sectors to advance EDI in research, with a specific passion for co-creation and co-development. 

Brintha holds a Master of Arts from Grenoble University (France) and pursued doctoral studies (ABD) in History at the University of Montreal. Her academic interests center on immigration history, urban history, history of marginalized groups, environmental history, and social justice. Outside of her professional career, she is a passionate multi-medium artist.
