Leinic Chung-Lee has extensive experience as a Registered Nurse and public health practitioner, having worked with diverse communities and people across the lifespan, and gained a deep appreciation for authentic community collaboration. She has a wide range of community-based experience, including in the areas of upstream cross-sectoral and cross-disciplinary approach to influence policies, agile pandemic and emergency response, and specialty in quality improvement methodologies. Her program of quality-oriented health services research is underpinned by quality dimensions, aimed at transforming health systems performance to attain meaningful, real-life sustainable and equitable impacts.
