Seva is the shared infrastructure for neurodivergent care, helping families, clinicians, and schools capture longitudinal data that improves outcomes and reduces caregiver and provider burden.

Neurodivergent care is fragmented. Parents jot down behaviors in notebooks or scattered apps. Therapists write session notes in their own systems. Schools notice patterns that never quite make it back to clinicians. And families are left doing the hardest work of all, holding everything together, retelling the same story again and again, often while exhausted, overwhelmed, or in crisis.

This is not a small problem. In North America, 1 in 36 children is diagnosed with autism, according to the CDC. ADHD affects roughly 11 percent of children, with millions more adults undiagnosed. Behind these numbers is an invisible workforce. Unpaid caregiving in North America is valued at approximately US $470 billion, according to Statistics Canada and the AARP. That figure reflects not just time, but the constant mental load, emotional labor, and coordination families carry every single day.

Research consistently shows that neurodivergent care is most effective when it is longitudinal, coordinated, and rooted in real context, not fragmented into isolated appointments. Progress emerges from patterns over time. Yet most tools today are built around single appointments or isolated settings. This disconnect leads to missed signals, delayed interventions, caregiver burnout, and poorer outcomes for children.

Seva was born from our founder Zain’s journey as a caregiver navigating autism, ADHD, and complex care systems revealed something deeper than a personal challenge. It exposed a systemic failure. Everywhere the same truth surfaced. Parents felt overwhelmed by tracking and advocacy. Clinicians and therapists were often 1 working without the full picture. Educators saw meaningful patterns but had no simple way to share them. Everyone cared deeply, yet the system made connection difficult.

Seva is building the shared infrastructure for neurodivergent care. It is a connected platform that enables caregivers, clinicians, and schools to capture observations, sessions, behaviors, and transitions in a simple, guided way. Using responsible, human-centered AI, Seva helps transform everyday moments into meaningful longitudinal insights, reducing cognitive load while supporting reflection and continuity of care.
