Christian Schepis (He/Him) is an actor, singer and writer living in Toronto. From a very young age, he found himself drawn to performance. Coming from a large Italian family, Christian was always fascinated with how storytelling can bring people together.

During his time at XU, Christian has had the opportunity to work with such wonderful people and instructors such as Tim Welham, Jennifer Wigmore, Marianne McIsaac, Iqbal Khan, and Leah Cherniak. It was here that he was able to work with characters and projects such as Lord Capulet in Romeo and Juliet, Pat Wallace in Kat Sandler’s Punch Up, and originated the role of Peter (Sorin) in Cole Lewis’ new adaptation of Anton Chekhov’s The Seagull.

Outside of XU, Christian is currently writing and rewriting his first full length play Blue or What To Do When The Moon Shuts Off, which he is hoping to produce in the near future.

Christian is incredibly proud of his fellow artists and now family for all of the work he has been fortunate enough to be involved with these past four years. He is excited to see what the future holds.
