Five Performance Dance alumni take to the stage for Guillaume Côté + Côté Danse’s Burn Baby, Burn. (external link) After a sold-out run at Fall for Dance North 2024, Burn Baby, Burn returns to Toronto for a limited engagement before embarking on its highly anticipated international tour.
The performance features nine dancers, including Performance Dance alumni Demetri Apostolopoulos, Griffen Grice, Jessica Germano, Evan Webb, and Carleen Zouboules, as well as Performance Design and Production graduate, Simon Rossiter as the lighting designer.
Burn Baby, Burn blends beauty and chaos, exploring humanity’s power to ignite change. Guided by Guillaume Côté’s signature choreographic style, the piece contours space with resonant geometries and fervent human connections.
Burn Baby, Burn runs from June 6th to 8th at the Bluma Appel Theatre.
