Fourth year Production + Design student creates "The Business of Theatre Conference", March 21

For her fourth year independent study project, Production + Design student Maya Royer has created a free, day-long virtual conference titled "The Business of Theatre". Targeted towards entry level professionals in the theatre production field, participants will have the opportunity to fill some of the gaps in knowledge by learning from industry professionals. 

Taking place on March 21, 2021, the conference will consists of three panels: 

• Onsite expectations: Work Vs. School 
• A conversation on protecting yourself from workplace harassment 
• Indications of a predatory contract
