Chris MacDonald

Elected by Faculty - September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2027

Chris MacDonald is Chair of the Department of Law & Business at the Ted Rogers School of Management, and Director of the Ted Rogers Leadership Centre. He joined the Board of Governors for a 2-year term beginning in Fall of 2025. He is co-author of two popular textbooks (one on business ethics, and one on critical thinking). He is President of the nonprofit Journal Review Foundation of the Americas, which publishes the Business Ethics Journal Review (which he co-founded and co-edits). He is currently Interim Chair of the Canadian Centre for Ethics and Corporate Policy, was recently named an Honorary Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Canada for his contributions to ethics in that field, and is a proud faculty member of the Board Diversity Network.
