Khatera Noor is a proud Toronto Metropolitan University alumnus and current alumni-elected member of the TMU Board of Governors, serving for the 2025–2026 term. With over 11 years of progressive experience in HR leadership, Khatera has built a career centered on people strategy, organizational development, and cultivating equitable, high-performing workplaces. Before joining the Board as an alumnus, Khatera previously served as a student governor, contributing to key initiatives that enhanced the student experience and strengthened governance transparency. Beyond TMU, Khatera is actively engaged in community leadership, serving on multiple boards and committees focused on workforce development, youth empowerment, and inclusive leadership. Recognized for a commitment to service and advocacy, Khatera continues to champion strong governance, community impact, and the advancement of the TMU community.
