Twenty-three students in RTA 950 (opens in new window) : BPM in Nashville recently travelled to Nashville for an immersive, five-day exploration of the city's vibrant music industry. Led by Dr. Charlie Wall-Andrews, the course offered hands-on learning in songwriting, industry connections, and the rich history of Nashville’s global influence. “The history and impact Nashville continues to have on the global music ecosystem make it an ideal place for students to engage and explore the music scene,” Dr. Wall-Andrews explained.

“Nashville is really the beating heart of the music industry, and you can feel it when you're there,” said RTA 950 student Evelyn Wannemacher. “As a songwriter, it had been a goal of mine to visit Nashville, and going with The Creative School was definitely the way to go! I am so grateful for everything the trip taught me through museums, panels, writing sessions and workshops.”
