Raeldri Pazza
Raeldri is a Master's student in the Public Policy and Administration program at Toronto Metropolitan University. Previously, he developed and led the implementation of a comprehensive transitional housing program for chronically homeless justice-involved individuals, provided frontline legal advocacy to low-income clients at community legal clinics, developed youth violence prevention programming for at-risk migrant youth at community health centres, and contributed to labour policy analysis at a leading labour law firm.
Raeldri's research interests focus on immigrant integration and economic inclusion, particularly examining how digital technologies impact traditional employment pathways and skill development for newcomers and justice-involved youth most vulnerable to involvement in serious violence.
