BVZ Women Who Build was born from a simple belief: women in Brampton's innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem deserve a space designed for them.
Launched by Brampton Venture Zone (BVZ), Women Who Build brings together women founders, entrepreneurs, investors, professionals, academics, policymakers, and community leaders from across Brampton, Peel Region, and the Greater Toronto Area.
Whether you're launching your first startup, growing a small business, building your career, investing in the next generation of founders, or creating change within your community, Women Who Build is a place to learn, connect, and grow alongside others on a similar journey.
We intentionally create space for diverse voices, fresh perspectives, and meaningful conversations that reflect the realities of women building businesses, careers, and communities. Through networking, mentorship, knowledge sharing, and community-building, Women Who Build helps strengthen the ecosystem for women in technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
