TMU’s School of Fashion continues collaboration with Project Runway Canada as season two premieres this November
Toronto Metropolitan University’s (TMU) School of Fashion (opens in new window) is continuing its collaboration with Project Runway Canada as the series returns for a second season, premiering November 20 on Crave.
Building on the first season’s partnership, the collaboration reflects TMU’s connections across Canada’s fashion and creative industries. Filmed on TMU’s downtown campus, the production provided students with internships, hands-on learning opportunities and direct industry networking right in their own academic community.
By bringing together fashion education, industry expertise and creative production, the partnership contributes to the visibility of Canadian fashion and creates opportunities to connect academic knowledge with industry practice.
The new season will see 10 new designers compete for the title of Canada’s Next Great Designer and a $100,000 investment.
