Message from the Associate Dean, Engagement & Inclusion

The 2024–25 Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Report brings together the many ways the Ted Rogers School of Management community continues to push for equity and belonging. Across these pages, you will see how students, faculty, staff and alumni have worked to celebrate achievements, advocate for meaningful change, reciprocate through service and connection, and educate with intention. Each area reflects a different expression of our shared values: recognition of individual and collective impact, support for initiatives that challenge inequities, contributions that strengthen community capacity, and teaching and research that expand understanding.

This report highlights the breadth of activity across the Ted Rogers School. Awards, scholarships and recognition affirm excellence and representation. Advocacy initiatives, from student-led projects to institutional collaborations, demonstrate the importance of raising awareness and building belonging. Alumni and community partners contribute time, resources and leadership that amplify student success and create new opportunities. Faculty integrate inclusive perspectives into their classrooms and research, ensuring our teaching and scholarship remain connected and relevant in building EDI. Together, these stories reflect the ongoing journey of building an environment where equity, diversity, inclusion and accessibility are the essential foundation for all that we do, inherently shaping our learning, teaching, research and work.

Celebrate

Celebrating the achievements of those who lead equitable initiatives is a fundamental part of our journey toward a fully inclusive environment.
