Organic Play™ is an inclusive early learning venture that integrates play-based education and therapeutic support for children with developmental, learning, and sensory needs—where inclusion begins with intention.

There’s an inclusion crisis in early childhood education. In Canada, nearly 15% of children are diagnosed with developmental, learning, or sensory needs, yet 84% experience some form of exclusion by the age of three. Families are promised inclusion on paper, but what they often face are long waitlists, compliance-driven interventions, and daycares unequipped to support their children. This isn’t a one-person problem: it’s systemic. And that’s why we created Organic Play™. We’re not patching up a broken model — we’re building a new one.

Organic Play™ integrates early childhood education, therapeutic play, and developmental support through our MindClusivity™ approach — an affirmative, strengths-play based model that centers children’s identities rather than their perceived deficits. We equip educators with practical tools as intentional play and inclusive play frameworks to create environments where all children can belong, learn, and thrive.

Unlike traditional daycare programs or behavioral strategies  that often emphasize control and compliance, Organic Play™ prioritizes autonomy, connection, and authentic growth. We work hand-in-hand with families, leading with honesty — supporting children directly when possible and guiding parents toward trusted resources when additional help is needed. For us, inclusion means showing up — especially when it’s hard.

Over 421,000 children in Canada need integrated developmental support, yet 40% of families are already paying for childcare that doesn’t meet those needs. These families represent an urgent and underserved market. And most providers still lack the tools, training, and frameworks to offer affirmative, play-based intentional inclusion.

We’re proud to be part of the Social Venture Zone — not just to grow a business, but to help shape a community where inclusion isn’t exceptional. It’s expected.

And at Organic Play™, intentional inclusion isn’t just our model — it’s our mission.
