Shael Green

Shael Green is the Director, Client Experience Strategy at CIBC.   He has been with CIBC for over 10 years and previously worked for Adidas Asia-Pacific in Shanghai and local Toronto startups.   He is a business-savvy, strategy-focused and award-winning leader with 15+ years of experience in operational excellence, strategic planning, people management, business analytics, channel optimization, marketing, and C-level engagements.  He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University

Having worked in both large, multi-national organizations and local Canadian startups, including bringing his own product to market, Shael enjoys leveraging his diverse experience to coach and mentor entrepreneurs to help reach their potential.
