Rick Findlay

Rick Findlay is the founder of RFCL Innovations, a firm that provides management consulting services to new or early-stage companies. He is a former Director of Operations & Oversight for Waste Diversion Ontario, CEO/co-founder of PSTG Consulting and Principal with KPMG Consulting. Rick has more than 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur, with a particular focus on environmental field (both across Canada and internationally). A graduate of Toronto Metropolitan’s Engineering Program, Rick also holds an MBA from the U of T’s Rotman School of Management.
