Regnard Raquedan

Regnard Raquedan is the co-founder of Agile Starts, a Toronto-based consulting firm that helps mission-driven organizations effectively apply Agile methods and Cloud computing technology.

As a technology professional, Regnard developed expertise in web/mobile application development, product design and Agile project management while working at the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, Manulife, Scotiabank, and CIBC.  Before Agile Starts, he co-founded a couple of social ventures: CubbySpot, a childcare matching platform and ParentUp, a mobile health information service for teen mothers in developing countries, where he led the technology and product management, as well as fundraising, in the startup ventures.

Regnard advocates for technology creating a positive social impact. His past was recognized at the Global Initiative for Science and Technology Tech-I competition and the Toronto Metropolitan Social Venture Prize.
