Having trouble thinking of a last minute gift for Father’s Day this year? Sounds like a great opportunity to support SVZ startups while also contributing to making the community a better place. The Social Ventures Zone’s incubated ventures offer a number of products and services you can take advantage of this Father’s Day while you still have the chance!
Do Good Donuts
Treat your father to a delicious selection of donuts! Do Good Donuts aims to increase employment opportunities for people with both intellectual and developmental disabilities, as they face an 85% unemployment rate. You can choose from a variety of flavours such as chocolate dip, cinnamon, sprinkle, lemon, and more! They even make custom donuts if you have a different flavour or colour in mind. Do Good Donuts sells cookies as well if donuts aren’t your thing, with flavours such as oatmeal chocolate chip, funfetti, triple chocolate, and ginger molasses.
