RTA Course Listings
Please note that below you will find teaching opportunities for RTA School of Media's two programs (Media Production and Sport Media), as well as those for Professional Music.
Courses can be found under different sections, including standalone (single courses), packages (one-year or multi-year) or restricted. Be sure to scroll all the way to bottom of these pages to see all of the opportunities available. Please note that timetable/schedule information is subject to change in accordance with operational need.
Standalone Postings
"Standalone" is a way of describing each individual teaching opportunity. You may apply to as many or as few as you would like. Please be sure to indicate which specific courses you are applying to, as 'blanket' applications are not welcome. Please be sure to review the details of each package carefully to ensure your application speaks to the special qualifications associated with each course of interest to you.
Packages
"Packages" are groups of teaching opportunities courses that can be applied to with a single application. They can consist of multiple sections or courses, and may span one or more semesters (and, in rare cases, over multiple years). Once an opportunity is part of a package, it cannot be separated from a package. Please be sure to review the details of each package carefully to ensure your application speaks to all of the special qualifications for each course included in a package.
Restricted Postings
As per the CUPE Unit-1 Collective Agreement Article 13.2b, the courses listed in the link below are restricted and are not available for application because such work requires particular skills, knowledge and/or experience needed to enhance a particular program, as defined by the University. This list of restricted courses/section(s) of the posting is for information disclosure only.
Notice Regarding Course Delivery:
