Divergent Minds: Autism and ADHD Peer Support Group
Navigating life as a neurodivergent person can be overwhelming. The world isn’t always built with us in mind. This peer support group overseen by the Health Promotions Program team creates a space for us to build a supportive community for fellow neurodivergent students with Autism and/or ADHD. Here, we can let down our masks and empower each other through the ups and downs of university life and beyond. Together, we’ll explore topics such as neurodivergent identity, self-advocacy, sensory needs, navigating relationships and more. Whether you’re formally diagnosed or self-identified, you’re welcome here!
