Recreation and Active Wellbeing
We know that being active in a supportive space benefits your health, your studies and your social life. Our 2SLGBTQ+ and allies programs in Recreation and Active Wellbeing offers a safe, affirming environment for everyone at TMU committed to supporting our diverse community.
Programs change each term, and may include trans and gender diverse swim, 2SLGBTQ+ and allies drop-in sports, Rainbow Series classes (group fitness programs), ‘learn to’ programs, and women’s-only hours.
Change room facilities at the Recreation and Athletics Centre have undergone renovations to increase accessibility.
