Danielle Denichaud weaves between the fields of somatics, wellbeing and education in her roles as university lecturer, holistic health consultant and inter-arts curator. A graduate of the Professional Program of the National Ballet School of Canada, Danielle has worked as an interpretive artist for Desrosiers Dance Company, Les Ballet Jazz de Montréal, Pro Arte Danza and ezdanza, Currently, she holds the dual roles of facilitator/researcher with Dreamwalker Dance Company and artist/care coordinator with Eilers Dance Theatre. Danielle has also been a clinical health consultant for 15 years, offering professional care for folks aged 0 – 90+ as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Trauma-Informed Chronic Disease Consultant, Rehabilitative Movement Facilitator, and Yoga Instructor. She has spoken and published internationally on the fecundity of embodied education for cultivating responsive relational care, and shares her distinct approach to classroom-based health-promotion as a lecturer at the University of Toronto Mississauga and Toronto Metropolitan University.
