Join us for a series of Knowledge Cafés for leaders from across campus to share ideas and best practices in moving to the future of work.

This peer learning environment will provide leaders with a space to connect, discuss and share future of work experiences, lessons learned, challenges and opportunities as they adopt and implement a hybrid work model.

Outcomes

Building a future of work learning community for leaders to leverage shared experiences and cross functional/cross departmental learnings

Building an organic grassroots support network among hybrid work model leaders

Providing an opportunity for feedback to the Future of Work Project Team in order to better understand successes, failures, opportunities and needs
