EDC Access for Undergrad Students in the Winter 2024 Term Ended on April 26th

EDC access for undergraduate students enrolled in courses during the 2024 Winter Term has ended. Only students enrolled in Creative School courses that run in the Spring/Summer 2024 Term are eligible to use EDC equipment and facilities.

After Hours Facilities Requests

While it is preferred that all students use the Patron Portal (opens in new window)  to make reservations, after hours facilities reservations are not possible through the Patron Portal at this time. This form allows you to request after hours facility usage.

All requests will be reviewed during EDC operational hours and are subject to your approvals and authorizations, as well as facility availability. Please only request facilities that you are approved to use for academic purposes.

All After Hours access will be facilitated via Keytracer.

Any request submitted outside of EDC operating hours will not be processed until the next day the EDC is open.

Any requests submitted outside of EDC hours for times that occur before the EDC reopens will not be processed (ex: Requests submitted on a weekend for that  same weekend will not be processed).

 I am aware that any request submitted when the EDC is closed or within 1 hour of the EDC closing will not be reviewed until the next day of EDC operations
