Our team can collaborate with you to make updates to the FEAS websites. Our services include:

- Creating or updating a faculty biography
FEAS Website Authoring Support
For minor modifications like text and image updates, you have the convenience of direct editing using AEM. (To register for AEM access and training, visit TMU’s New User Request page).
For website-related questions, contact Janet Joakim (janet.joakim@torontomu.ca).
We can provide strategic consulting and execution support for a range of communication initiatives and advertising campaigns. We also act as a liaison between FEAS and University Relations, which is TMU’s internal creative, media, and brand team.
Marketing requests
Marketing is typically used to drive external audiences (audiences outside of TMU/FEAS) to take an action, or to generate awareness for a program or service. Examples of marketing activities include:
- Paid media and paid search advertising
- Event exhibits and collateral
- Outreach to new/cold prospects
- Promotional materials, presentations, and collateral
- Email marketing
To discuss your marketing request, email Janet Joakim (janet.joakim@torontomu.ca).
Communication requests
Communications are typically used to drive internal audiences (those within the TMU/FEAS community) to take action or to generate awareness for faculty achievements and faculty-hosted events. Examples of communication activities include:
- Promoting an event, funding opportunity or program (using email, social media, Toronto Met Today, and other channels)
- Dean’s communications (e.g. opening remarks, letters, social posts, etc.)
- Strategic assessment and writing support for internal communications (e.g. letters, newsletters, emails, webpage copy, etc.)
- Developing an article or press release
To discuss your communication request, email Spencer Henderson (spencer.henderson@torontomu.ca).
Have an integrated request? Not sure how to classify your project? Email Janet (janet.joakim@torontomu.ca) and Spencer (spencer.henderson@torontomu.ca) who can point you in the right direction!
Social media requests
Our social media channels are dedicated to amplifying your initiatives and stories. We currently manage four FEAS-dedicated channels: LinkedIn (external link) , Instagram (external link) , YouTube (external link) , and Threads (external link) .

- Promote an upcoming event
