Inspire, connect, make an impact: Join TMU’s Career Mentoring Program
Share your experience and help shape the next generation of TMU professionals. Through Career Mentoring (run by TMU’s Tri-Mentoring Program), you’ll be matched with an undergraduate student looking to explore career paths and build their skill set. Commit up to two hours per month, online or in person, during February and March 2026.
As a mentor, you’ll share conversations, resources and experiences that boost student confidence and help shape their direction. In return, you’ll put your leadership, communication and coaching skills into action while expanding your own professional network.
This is a high-impact way to stay connected with TMU and give back to your learning community. Sign up by Friday, January 30.
How to Sign Up as a Career Mentor
- Complete your profile
Visit (Winter 2026) Career Mentoring: Undergraduate Students (external link) and click Join. When prompted, sign up as an Alumni. - Fill in your details
Complete your profile and sign the user agreement. Alumni from any industry with work experience are welcome to apply. - Profile approval
A TMP Administrator will review your profile, usually within a few days. - Get matched
Once approved, you may be paired with a third-year (or above) TMU undergraduate student. Matching happens on a rolling basis starting February 2026.
