The Winter 2026 LIFE Institute program is now live! The LIFE Institute is a not-for-profit lifelong learning community for adults aged 50+, offering courses, events and activities through The Chang School at Toronto Metropolitan University. This season’s lineup includes travel and history, music and film, art, wellness, politics, true crime and more. From ancient civilizations to expressionism, opera, global affairs, photography and book discussions, there is something for every interest.
