  • Policies for bookings, cancellation, check-in, and spa etiquette are outlined on the company’s website and are subject to change without prior written notice.
  • Spa discounts apply only on ‘a la carte’ services at Elmwood Spa, elmspa, Bangkok Garden; Cannot be used in conjunction with other programs, specials offers, group bookings (6 persons & above) or packages.
  • TMU Corporate Staff ID or alumni status proof (in the form of an emailed Toronto Met Connect e-newsletter) to be presented.
  • Discounts apply to the employees and alumni and can be extended to Plus One as long as book in and check in together.
  • The program may be modified at any time during the term by giving company a minimum of Thirty (30) days advance written notice.
