Overview
Dr. Carène Boucher is an Assistant Professor of Finance at the Ted Rogers School of Management. She received her Ph.D. in Finance from the Université du Québec à Montréal in 2021. Her research focuses on corporate finance issues, specifically venture capital, public equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions and corporate litigation. She currently teaches Managerial Finance I at the Ted Rogers School.
