Applicants to SMIF will be interviewed and selected based on the following selection criteria:

• Student CGPA (there is however, no cutoff)
• Effective written and oral communication skills, to be determined based on a written sample and a verbal interview (which may be in person or may be done with Interview Stream)
• Documented teamwork skills, if any
• Previous experience in the Investments sector, if any
