Great news - Direct Entry students admitted in Fall 2023 are pre-approved to join the Ted Rogers Co-op Program!
To confirm your participation in the Ted Rogers Co-op program. Please meet with a Career Coordinator at the Business Career Hub to walk through next steps and to answer any questions you may have. Choose one or both of these options:
- Book an in-person or virtual appointment (external link, opens in new window) with a Career Coordinator
- For a 15-minute in-person or virtual drop-in appointment, please email trsmcareers@torontomu.ca (opens in new window)
Note: Direct Entry (opens in new window) is a post-secondary degree pathway from college to university which recognizes the completion of a specific College diploma; credits earned in specific programs at an Ontario College are applied towards direct entry or advanced standing at Toronto Metropolitan University.

Ted Rogers Co-op has one of the most effective, industry-approved, preparation programs for our students- including personality assessments and workshops, excel certification, and professional skills training using live actors. We will support you
The Business Career Hub houses both the Co-operative Education and Career Services teams. We are well-connected to the marketplace and to employers across all sectors – we host more than 200 employer events every year, and provide you with opportunities to meet with employers, in person and in groups.
Our Career Consultants, who are specialists in their program areas, have a keen understanding of the marketplace and current employment opportunities, and can help you prepare your Co-op application.
Our Co-op Coordinators will work with you closely, once you are accepted into the Co-op program. They will ensure you are prepared for your job search, and are well-positioned to secure your first work term.
