Emerging as a Leader in Marketing

Osborne, now the Vice-President of Marketing at Quill and CoHost, began her journey by co-founding the boutique production house Origins Media Haus in 2016, later acquired by Quill in 2020. By the age of 27, she had already been promoted to Vice-President, where her innovative inbound marketing strategies have played a key role in securing partnerships with major brands such as McKinsey, Walmart, and Expedia Group.

Reflecting on her career and passion, Osborne shared, "marketing enticed me because it felt as if I wouldn’t be placed within a box. I see marketing and advertising as an open, creative space with countless opportunities and styles of work. It excited me to think of the impact I could create and the different directions I could go."

Inspiring the Next Generation

Osborne’s journey, from co-founding Origins Media Haus to leading marketing at Quill, is a testament to her ability to blend creativity with data-driven strategies. She also offers valuable advice to those starting their careers: be curious and give yourself space to experiment.

“There are so many amazing companies, styles of roles, and areas within the marketing and advertising landscape. As you’re starting, take time to explore and be curious about the direction you want your career to take. Have coffee chats with people, network, find a mentor, and ask questions."
