Biography

Dr. Christopher Daniel is a geographer, land economist, and spatial analyst specializing in business geography, urban planning, geographic information systems (GIS), and database management. With a Ph.D. from Toronto Metropolitan University, Dr. Daniel has an extensive academic and research background, including roles as an instructor, researcher, post-doctoral fellow, and senior GIS analyst. His expertise lies in spatial databases, retail location analysis, and demographic studies, with a strong record of peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations. Currently serving as an Instructor and External Liaison Officer at Toronto Metropolitan University’s Department of Geography and Environmental Studies, Chris is dedicated to advancing geographic education and fostering engagement between academia and industry.
