Select a simulation scenario from our simulation catalogue. Unsure of what simulation you want? No problem! Continue to step 2 of the booking process.
Toronto Metropolitan faculty and staff must complete and submit the Simulation Request Form. If you are not affiliated with Toronto Metropolitan University, please contact us at las@torontomu.ca (opens in new window) .
Inform your Department Chair or Director of your request. LAS will send a confirmation request via email to verify the request. We cannot confirm simulations until we have received a Department Chair or Director's consent to proceed.
NOTE: Please only complete Step 3 if you are internal to Toronto Metropolitan University. If you're an external client, one of our Trainers will reach out to confirm your booking.

Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of three working days' notice for cancellations or changes to simulation bookings. Simulations that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than three days’ notice will be fully charged.
The LAS reserves the right to cancel a simulation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. simulator is sick) at any time with no charge to your account.
Important Reminders
Please book your simulation at least four weeks in advance. You will receive an initial acknowledgement of your request, followed by a confirmation email from your assigned trainer.
Our simulators are contracted for a minimum of 2 hours per simulation. A minimum charge will apply for simulations less than 2 hours in length. LAS reserves the right to cancel a simulation at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
