Free Food Project

Students enjoying free food at the Hub Café
To help address food security in our community, Toronto Metropolitan University partners with student societies across the university to offer students free food to help fuel up for exam periods.

Free meal program

To help support food security in our community, TMU is offering students free food on campus to help fuel up for the final exam period.

  • Hub Cafe, Jorgenson Hall, 1st floor
  • December 3 - December 12, excluding weekends
  • Starting at 11 a.m., while quantities last

Your choice of a meat (halal) or vegetarian option comes with one drink and one snack! Limit of one meal per student.

Certified kosher packaged meals are available upon request. Vegan and made-without-gluten entrée alternatives are also available upon request.

Information for staff and faculty

TMU faculty and staff can access the all-inclusive meal option at the Hub Café for $8.99 (tax inclusive), while quantities last. The proceeds from faculty and staff sales will be used towards funding future food security programs.
